If it’s your first in-store spend using the Zopa credit card, you’ll need to use Chip and PIN to show it’s you. Afterwards, you’ll be able to use contactless up to £100 (or a limit of your choosing).

If this isn't your first in-store spend:

• For security reasons, we'll ask you to enter your PIN after a few contactless transactions.

• Check if your contactless limit is set to less than the transaction amount
