When should I use the emergency contact number?

We’re only able to support customers with a Zopa bank account on this line in emergencies related to their account. 

Our emergency support team won’t be able to help if your call is about: 

  • A Zopa loan, credit card, savings account or app issue.

  • General issues or questions about your Zopa bank account. 

If it’s not an emergency related to your Zopa bank account, please contact us during our normal opening hours and a member of our team will be on hand to support you.
