Setting up a Direct Debit

Share your Biscuit account number and sort code with the company you want to pay. If you're switching an existing Direct Debit to Biscuit, you can usually update these details yourself on the company's website.

To find your account number and sort code:

  1. Open the Zopa app and tap into your account

  2. Select Manage, then Account details

Having issues setting up a Direct Debit?

If a company doesn't recognise your Zopa account details, get in touch and we'll contact them directly.

How do I cancel a Direct Debit?

  1. Open the Zopa app and tap the Payments tab

  2. Select View all Direct Debits

  3. Open the Direct Debit you want to cancel

  4. Select Cancel Direct Debit and follow the steps

Keep in mind:

  • Cancel at least 2 working days before the payment's due, or it may still go through

  • Let the company know you've cancelled – if they're not told, it could affect your credit file
