How do I freeze and unfreeze my card?

You can freeze or unfreeze your card in the Zopa app. To do this, either use the ‘Ask’ tab, or simply:

1. Head to the ‘Spend’ tab and click the three dots next to ‘Send’. 

2. Tap ‘Manage bank card’ and toggle the ‘Freeze card’ option on or off.

Remember, when your card is frozen, you won’t be able to make purchases online, in-store or via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
