To transfer the balance from your Zopa balance transfer card to another provider, please contact your provider and ask them to send us a transfer request. They’ll need to include the following details:

Account Name: Zopa Bank  

Sort code: 60-84-00 

Account number: 93836511 

Payment Reference: Your 'C reference',  which can be found in the Manage section of the Zopa app

Please note, it's not possible to complete a balance transfer between your Zopa credit card and a debit card, including Visa debit cards.
