Why can't I set up a Direct Debit from my bank account?

If you’re getting an error when trying to set up a Direct Debit, it’s probably because we haven’t been able to automatically verify that your bank account belongs to you.  

We currently can’t support Direct Debits from Chase, Starling or Revolut accounts, unless they’ve already been verified for another Zopa product. 

You can always try again with another account. Or set up an automatic payment through the other method we offer.
