If you're not receiving your text message (SMS) two-factor authentication code when trying to log in, please try the following steps:

  1. Check that your phone has a mobile signal (not your Wifi signal) to receive text messages

  2. Try turning your phone on and off

  3. Wait 5 minutes and then request the SMS code again
