Updating your home address on the app:
  • Log into the Zopa app.

  • Head to your personal details by clicking the person icon in the top right corner.

  • Select your name to view your personal details.

  • Scroll down to the 'Your home' section and click 'Update' next to your address.

  • Enter your postcode and follow the steps to update.

  • You’ll receive a text message containing a code. You’ll need to input this code within the app to confirm the change.

Updating your home address on the website
  • Head to www.zopa.com.

  • Select ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner and follow the log in steps.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner and select ‘My Details’.

  • Scroll down to ‘Your address history’ and select ‘Update address’, found under your current address.

  • Enter your postcode and select ‘find address’.

  • Once you’ve found your address select it and click ‘Submit’.

  • You’ll receive a text message containing a code. You’ll need to input this code back on our website to confirm the change.
