watch_laterUpdated 5 days ago
We updated our credit card terms on 27 September 2026. The main changes are summarised below.
These updates have been applied automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do. If you’re not comfortable with the updated terms, you can close your account after paying off any outstanding balance.
Balance transfers
You can no longer transfer balances from another credit card to your Zopa credit card.
You can still transfer your Zopa credit card balance to another credit card provider if that provider supports it.
Payment holidays
You may be able to request a payment holiday if you’re struggling with your repayments. This is subject to eligibility and our approval at the time.
Rewards and offers
We may occasionally make additional rewards, offers or account features available. When we do this, we’ll explain what’s available, how to access it and any terms that apply.
Credit limit increases
If we offer you a credit limit increase, you’ll now have to opt-in to accept it within 30 days. Otherwise, the offer will expire.
Recurring debit card payments
We can only take a recurring card payment from a debit card that’s already linked to your account. We may suspend this payment method if your repayments are outstanding for more than one month.
