Why do I see “Hmm, we’ve got a technical problem” when I try to apply?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble applying for a credit card with us.
If you’re seeing a screen that says “Hmm, we’ve got a technical problem,” there are two possible reasons for this.
It could be that you’re having connection issues. The best thing to do is to check your Wi-Fi connection. You should also try using a different browser and a different device.
If the problem isn’t due to your internet connection, it will be because some personal details in your credit file are incorrect, so we can’t find it. You’ll need to check your details in your credit file with Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs) such as Equifax or Experian.
