There are a few reasons you might be unable to see all your linked accounts:

1. Your connection may need to be reauthenticated. You need to refresh your account connections every 90 days.  

2. To be able to move money between your accounts, we need to verify that the bank details you have given us are for an active UK bank account in your name. This keeps your money safe and secure. If your account hasn’t been verified, you won’t see the option to transfer money to or from that account    3. You’re currently unable to make transfers to non-Zopa credit cards. So, if you’re looking to make a transfer like this, you won’t see it as an option. We’re working on getting this functionality added soon!
