What is Zopa’s role when I move money between my other bank accounts?

Zopa instructs your bank to move money from one of your accounts to the other. The actual transfer is carried out by the bank the payment is coming from.  

If something went wrong with your transfer, you should contact the bank you tried to make the payment from.
