What happens if the account holder passes away?

In the event an account holder passes away, we will always strive to make the process for managing the account as simple as possible.
To make any changes, such as early closure or withdrawals once the fixed term is complete, we’re legally required to obtain a certified copy of the death certificate and the Grant of Probate in the UK or Grant of Confirmation in Scotland.
