After you’ve emailed to let us know you’d like to return the car, our team will be in touch to let you know we’ve received the request and arrange an inspection and pick up date.  

Your car will only be collected after your loan term has finished. Once this has happened, we’ll let you know if you’re liable for any charges. If there are any, you’ll need to settle these before the loan is closed. You can find out more about potential charges here.
