How do I transfer a balance from my Zopa card to another provider?

To transfer the balance from your Zopa credit card to another provider, please contact the provider and ask them to send us a transfer request. You’ll also need to give them our account details and a payment reference:

Payment reference: The 16-digit number on your Zopa credit card

Please note, it's not possible to complete a balance transfer between your Zopa credit card and a debit card, this includes Visa debit cards.
