How do I set up a standing order to Zopa?

To set up a standing order, you'll need our payee details. To find these:

1. Open the Zopa app and head to the ‘Borrow’ tab. 

2. Click into your loan and tap ‘Make an extra repayment’.

3. Select the bank transfer option to see the bank details you need to use.

4. Set up a standing order with the bank you want to make your payments from. (Be sure to use your Z reference as the payment reference).

Please note, unless you're behind on your repayments, you'll need to keep repaying your loan by Direct Debit. But if you want to make extra repayments regularly, you can set up a standing order alongside your Direct Debit.
