How do I return the car at the end of my PCP agreement?

To arrange the return of your car, email pcphandbacks@zopa.com before your last regular monthly payment date from the email address linked to your Zopa membership account.
Please include your Z reference to help us locate your account. We can then arrange for the vehicle to be collected. You can find your Z reference by logging into Zopa, selecting your car finance and checking under Loan details.
It’s important to note:
Once we’ve received the car, our logistics partner will inspect its condition and check the mileage.
If you’ve stuck to the agreed mileage limit and the car is in good condition, we’ll contact you to confirm the end of your agreement.
If you’ve gone over the agreed mileage limit, we’ll apply an excess mileage fee. You’ll also need to pay for any damage that falls outside of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.
What happens after I’ve arranged collection of my car?
After you’ve emailed to let us know you’d like to return the car, our team will be in touch to let you know we’ve received the request and arrange an inspection and pick up date.
Your car will only be collected after your loan term has finished. Once this has happened, we’ll let you know if you’re liable for any charges. If there are any, you’ll need to settle these before the loan is closed.
