For Smart Saver accounts, if you have savings in Boosted pots, you’ll need to give us notice before you can withdraw your money.
Here’s how to do this:
Open the Zopa app and go to your Smart Saver account
Select the Boosted pot that you wish to get access to
Tap ‘Give Notice’ and confirm your selection
Sit tight and count down the days until your savings are ready!
What happens when the notice period ends?
Once your notice period ends, your Boosted pot will become an Access pot. You’ll then be able to Boost again or withdraw your savings to your chosen bank account.
