How do I disconnect an account from Zap?

You can’t remove a Zap connection in the Zopa app just yet, so you’ll need to head to the banking app of your connected account instead.  

To disconnect, look for the section where you manage permissions – this is usually under Open Banking, Payments, or Variable Recurring Payments (VRPs). 

From there, you can cancel the connection with Zopa.
