Where can I go for help and advice?
Updated 4 months ago
We’re not able to provide debt advice, but there are others who can. Organisations, such as PayPlan, give free, impartial and confidential advice and contacting them won’t impact your credit score. In 2022, 70% of people surveyed agreed that they found debt advice even more helpful than they’d expected, with 61% wishing they’d spoken to an advisor sooner.
To contact PayPlan, you can call them on 0800 280 2816, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm or Saturday 9am-3pm or request a call back.
How they can help
PayPlan is trained to breakdown the options available and give guidance on what might be best for you. They can help to find solutions for any debts you hold outside of Zopa, too, and even distribute your payments to your creditors for you.
If you’d prefer, you can request that PayPlan contact us, or your other creditors, on your behalf to work out a plan.
