Where can I go for help and advice?

Updated 1 month ago

We can’t provide debt advice, but there are organisations that can. They provide free, impartial advice and support, and contacting them won’t impact your credit score.

PayPlan: Call 0800 280 2816, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm or Saturday 9am-3pm, request a call back from PayPlan or fill out this simple online form.

StepChange: Call 0800 138 1111, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm or Saturday 8am-4pm or fill out this simple online form.

How they can help

These organisations are trained to breakdown the options available and give guidance on what might be best for you. They can help to find solutions for any debts you hold outside of Zopa, too, and even distribute your payments to your creditors for you.

If you’d prefer, you can request that these organisations contact us, or your other creditors, on your behalf to work out a plan.
