While most payments are processed in less than 2 hours, it can sometimes take longer than this for the money to appear in your Smart Saver.

A common reason for this is that your bank is reviewing the payment and hasn't yet sent it to us. In these cases, your bank statement will give the impression the payment has already been sent when it hasn’t.

Once your bank has reviewed the payment, they’ll either send the payment to us or it’ll be returned to your bank account.

If you'd like an update on your payment, we'd advise you to contact the bank you're making the payment from.
