Where is my Refer a Friend reward?

Your reward is usually credited within 30 days of your friend opening their Biscuit account and meeting any criteria. You can check the status of your referral and reward payments any time on your Refer a Friend dashboard in the Zopa app, which updates in real time.

If your reward hasn't shown up, here's how to check what's happening:

• Check the account-opening date, not the referral date. The 30 days count from when your friend opens their Biscuit account, not from when you shared your link or they entered their number.

• Check your referral's status. If it shows 'Not eligible', it's because either your friend opened their account more than 30 days after entering their phone number via your link, or you've already reached your maximum number of referral rewards.

• No Refer a Friend tile? That means you've hit your reward cap, which you can also confirm on your Refer a Friend page.
