Smart Saver and Smart ISA were built to be managed in the Zopa app. However, in the unlikely event that you’re unable to access the app, you can view essential information, like your savings balance, and withdraw money using the Zopa website. To do this, simply visit and sign in to your account using the same details you use to access the app.   

Please note, as our Smart Saver and Smart ISA are app-based products, there are some actions you won’t be able to complete when accessing through our website.
