I want to transfer a cash ISA with another provider to a Zopa Smart ISA. If I haven't put any money into my old cash ISA yet, do I still need to do an ISA transfer?

No. If you haven't put any money into your existing ISA, you can simply close it and open a new Smart ISA with Zopa.
To close your existing ISA, please contact your old provider.
To open a new Smart ISA with Zopa, simply head to your Smart Savings Hub in the Zopa app.
