I've been charged for a subscription that I cancelled. What should I do?

First, you should contact the merchant directly and ask them to refund you. If this doesn’t work, you can dispute the transaction in the app. To do this: 

  1. Tap on the relevant transaction and select ‘I need help with this payment’. 

  2. Click ‘I have an issue with the merchant’, followed by ‘Start a dispute’.  

  3. Then select ‘Payment’, ‘I’ve been charged for a subscription that I cancelled’. 

Once you’ve submitted a dispute, we’ll contact you with an update within 1–3 working days.
