I tried to withdraw cash and the ATM didn't give me the right amount. What should I do?

If you received less money from an ATM than you withdrew, you can dispute the transaction in the app.  

To do this, click into the cash withdrawal transaction in the app and tap ‘I need help with this payment’. We’ll then contact you with an update via email within 1–3 working days.
