How do I cancel a continuous payment authority (CPA) from my debit card?

CPAs are recurring payments linked to your long card number — unlike Direct Debits and standing orders, which are linked to your bank account. CPAs are commonly used to pay for things like gym memberships. 

If you’d like to cancel a CPA and haven’t been able to do so with the merchant who’s taking the payment, please contact us. In some cases, we may need to issue you a new card.
