What is the promotional period on my credit card?

Some of our credit card customers qualify for a 0% promotional period on purchases.
Here's a summary of the key points:

• The promotional period starts from date you opened your account. 

• We’ll send you an email when you open your account which includes the date your promotional period ends.

• You won’t lose your 0% promotional rate for going over your limit or missing a minimum payment. 

• The promotional rate only applies to purchases made on the card, not cash withdrawals or cash-like transactions. 

• We’ll send you a reminder one month before your promotional period is due to end.
