By entering this prize draw, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:
Zopa Bank Limited is the prize draw promoter.
You must be over 18, resident in the UK and have an active Biscuit bank account.
This prize draw is open to both new and current Zopa customers who first open a Biscuit bank account from the 1st December 2025 to the 31st December 2025. To open a Biscuit bank account, you must download the Zopa app and apply for a Biscuit bank account. If your application is approved, you will be eligible to enter this prize draw .
You can only enter the prize draw on your own behalf and Zopa Bank employees are excluded from this prize draw.
There are 6 cash prizes available to win in this prize draw, consisting of; 1 main prize of £10,000 and five additional prizes of £1,015
The prize draw will run from 1st December 2025 until the 31st December 2025.
To enter the prize draw, you’ll need to open a Biscuit bank account and deposit a minimum of £50.
If your Biscuit bank account is closed before the 13th January 2026 you will be withdrawn from the prize draw.
The 6 winners will be selected at random. The cash prize draw will be announced on 13th January 2026 and all winners will be contacted directly via email. If you win a cash prize, it will be paid directly into your Biscuit bank account.
You can only win one prize maximum.
The prize draw is free to enter.
The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and Zopa may void, suspend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

This prize draw will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We must publish and/or make available information about the winners to show that a valid award has taken place. The information will be limited to your full name and the cash prize that you win. If you don’t want us to publish your name, please let us know when we contact you about your prize. However, we’ll still have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
