Zopa Biscuit Cashback Offer

 

These terms set out when Zopa will pay new customers £15 cashback for opening a Biscuit bank account (the “Cashback Offer”).

 

How the Cashback offer works

The Money Saving Expert (“MSE”) will feature the Cashback Offer in their weekly email to subscribers, including a link to a Zopa web page to download the Zopa app and open a Biscuit bank account (the “Cashback Offer Link”).

If you download the app directly from the app store after clicking the Cashback Offer Link, open a Biscuit bank account within 7 days of clicking the Cashback Offer Link, and in any event before 7 April 2026 (the “Cashback Offer Period”), we will pay you £15.

 

Eligibility

To participate in the Cashback Offer you must:

  • have opened your Biscuit bank account, having download the app directly from the app store after following the Cashback Offer Link;

  • not have or previously opened a Biscuit bank account; and

  • not have the Zopa app installed on your device prior to clicking the Cashback Offer Link.

You will not be eligible to receive the cashback if:

  • you close your Biscuit bank account, before we have paid the cashback to your Biscuit bank account;

  • become overdrawn on your Biscuit bank account; or

  • we reasonably believe that you have provided us with false information when you opened your account, or if any funds deposited into your Biscuit bank account are the result of fraud or other unlawful activity.

 

Making the cashback payment

If you have met the eligibility criteria set out above, we will pay the cashback into your Biscuit bank account within one week of opening your Biscuit bank account.

 

Changing these terms

We may need to change these terms during the Cashback Offer Period. If we do, we’ll rely on one of the reasons listed in the Changes to your agreement section of the Zopa account terms, which apply to your Biscuit bank account.

We’ll let you know in the Zopa app if we change the terms.

The Zopa account terms will continue to apply alongside these terms. If there's any conflict between these terms, the Zopa account terms will apply.
