What is targeted support and how does it work?

Targeted support is a way for us to give you more guidance around investing. Instead of giving everyone the same general information, we can use the information you give us to suggest investment options that could be suitable for people like you. 

Targeted support isn’t personal financial advice, and it doesn’t take your full financial situation into account. 

We’ll ask you nine questions about things like your finances, investment goals and comfort with risk. 

We’ll use your answers to suggest investment options that could be a good fit – either our Bold or Balanced funds or a combination of both.  We’ll explain why we think that option could be right for you. 

You can then decide whether or not you want to follow our suggestion. 

Investing can feel daunting when you’re new to it so targeted support is designed to make it easier to get started, guiding you through your options and helping you make a more informed decision. 

It means we can give you suggestions, rather than leaving you to work everything out on your own.
