I’ve transferred money to the wrong person. What should I do?

If you know the recipient and can contact them directly, this will often be the quickest and easiest way to get your money back. 

If not, please contact us and we’ll attempt to get your money back from the recipient’s bank.  

Just so you know, once the money has left your account, there’s no guaranteed that you’ll be able to get it back, but we’ll do everything we can to support you.
