My debit card hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If it’s been more than 10 working days since you applied for your account and your debit card still hasn’t arrived — or if it looks like it went to the wrong address — here’s what to do:

  1. Check we've got the right address. Go to your Zopa profile by tapping the person icon at the top left of the ‘Home’ tab in the app. If your address isn’t correct, you can update it there.

  2. Contact us to order a new card. Once your address is up to date, get in touch so we can send you a replacement card. Don’t worry — if the original card was sent to the wrong address, it'll be automatically blocked when we issue the new one.

Don’t forget, you can use Apple Pay and Google Pay while you’re waiting for your debit card to arrive. Head to your Zopa account in the app to set it up.
