Say hello to the new Zopa app
We’ve redesigned our app to make it easier to find what you need and quicker to get things done. It’s now organised around how you manage your money – spending, growing and borrowing it.

What you need to do
You don’t need to do anything right now. We’ll start making our new app available to customers over the next few weeks.
If you want to get your hands on it as it’s released, make sure automatic updates are switched on in your phone settings. You’ll also be able to update the Zopa app manually through the App Store or Google Play once it’s ready.
Where to find things in the new app
There are five new tabs designed to make it quicker and easier to find what you're looking for and get things done.
Looking for your bank account or credit card? Head to the Spend tab
Spend is where you can check your balance, view transactions, manage your cards, and make payments.
You can also link non-Zopa accounts here to see more of your money in one place and move cash between them using Zap.
Savings & investments is in the Save & invest tab
Save & Invest is where you’ll find the tools to make your money go further, whether you’re saving for short-term goals or investing for your future.
You'll find loans, credit cards & car finance in the Borrow tab
Keep track of everything you owe in the Borrow tab. It's where you'll manage your credit card, loans and car finance.
You'll also be able to view loans you have with other banks and get notified if you could save money by moving them to Zopa.
Need to add, move or send money? Head to the Pay tab
Whether you’re topping up your savings, sending money to a friend, or paying off your credit card, you’ll find everything you need in the Pay tab.
You can also link your other accounts to move money between them using Zap.
Get money admin done in seconds using the Ask tab
Whether you're saving for the future, making a payment or trying to stick to a budget – all you have to do is ask, and Zopa's AI will get it done.
You can ask things like:
“Move £50 to my holiday pot”
“Set up a regular payment to my running club”
“Tell when I've almost spent £50 on coffee this month”
To access Zopa’s AI, you’ll need a Biscuit current account. It unlocks these features in the Zopa app.

We’ve reorganised the app around how our customers think about their money – spending it, growing it and borrowing it – so finding what you need feels natural. We're really proud of our new app, and it gives us the ability to build even better things for our customers going forwards.
