ISA Builder Challenge Terms and Conditions

These terms set out when Zopa’s customers who have signed up to the ISA Builder Challenge will be entered into a series of prize draws that will take place between 06 April 2026 to 01 April 2027 (the “Challenge Period”), and how these prize draws will work. 

By entering the ISA Builder Challenge, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 

Zopa Bank Limited of Level 12 20 Water Street, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5GX is the prize draw promoter.   

Signing up to the ISA Builder Challenge

To sign up to the ISA Builder Challenge through the Zopa app, you must: 

  • be a UK resident, who is aged 18 or over;  

  • have a Zopa account and savings account; 

  • have an active cash ISA and/or Stocks & Shares ISA with Zopa (“ISA Account”); and 

  • have set a monthly ISA plan target, indicating how much you intend to save each month in your ISA Account during the Challenge Period (“Monthly Plan Target”). 

Prize draws

Zopa will run 3 free to enter prize draws, which will take place on 01 July 2026, 01 October 2026 and 01 April 2027.  

Each prize draw will have 11 cash prizes available to win, consisting of:  

  • 1 main prize of £20,000; and  

  • 10 additional prizes of £1,000. 

The 11 winners of each prize draw will be selected at random.  

Entry to the prize draws

For each calendar month from April 2026 to March 2027 that you meet or exceed your Monthly Plan Target, you will receive 1 entry to the next prize draw. 

e.g if you enter the ISA Builder Challenge on 15 April 2026, have set a Monthly Plan Target of £100, and by the end of April 2026 and May 2026 you have paid £120 into your ISA Account, but by the end of June 2026 you have only paid £80, you will receive 2 entries to the prize draw on 01 July 2026. 

 You can only win 1 prize per prize draw, and a maximum total prize amount of £60,000 across the 3 prize draws. 

You will not be entered into any future prize draw if you or we close your ISA Account, or you otherwise fail to meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms. 

Notifying and paying winners

Winners will be contacted directly by email within 14 days of the relevant prize draw.  

If you win a cash prize, it will be paid directly into your Zopa savings account access pot within 30 days of the relevant prize draw. 

Other important information

  1. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and we may void, suspend or cancel a prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.    

  2. Please read our Privacy Notice to find out how we will collect, process, use and store your personal information. 

  3. The prize draws and these terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.   

  4. We must publish and/or make available information about the winners to show that a valid award has taken place. The information will be limited to your full name and the cash prize that you win. If you don’t want us to publish your name, please let us know when we contact you about your prize. However, we’ll still have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
