The first step to settling and closing the account of your loved one is to contact us by phone or live chat to notify us of their passing and that you’ll be dealing with their affairs.

Before we’re able to discuss any account details, we’ll need a certified copy or clear photograph of the deceased’s original death certificate, which can be emailed to accountcare@zopa.com. Once we’ve received this, we’ll update our records and confirm the next steps with you.
