How do I change or cancel my automatic payment amount?

You’ll need to head to the Zopa app to do this.
Go to the Credit Card section and ‘My account’ and then ‘Manage payments’. There, you’ll see your current automatic payment and have the option to cancel it.
You can then set up a new automatic payment, with a new chosen amount or a new debit card.
Remember, if you cancel your automatic payment without adding a new one, you’ll still need to make your monthly payments for your Zopa credit card. The only other way to do this is by paying manually each month, by bank transfer.
