Will my Direct Debit amount change if I make extra payments during the month?

Any extra payments you make before receiving the heads-up email about your upcoming payment will be factored into that month’s Direct Debit amount. If you make any extra payments after that email, your Direct Debit payment will still be taken for the scheduled amount.
