What should I do if I see a transaction I don't recognise?

Updated over 1 year ago

If you notice a transaction on your credit card that you didn’t make or authorise, there are a few things you can do to prevent any further charges:

1. First things first, you can freeze your credit card in the app.

2. If you don't have your card, you can report it as lost or stolen. Here's how.

3. Lastly, you should report the transaction as fraudulent so that we can investigate further. You can do this by speaking to our customer services team.
