My replacement card hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your card is being replaced, we’ll have sent you an email with the subject ‘New credit card incoming’. From the date of that email, it can take up to seven working days for your card to reach you.  

If your card’s not arrived after seven working days, you’ll need to contact us. You can find the best ways to do that here. Before getting in touch to arrange for another card to be sent out, please double check in the app that your home address is up to date.
