I want to transfer my Zopa Smart ISA to a different provider. If I haven't put any money into my Zopa Smart ISA yet, do I still need to do an ISA transfer?

No. If you haven't put any money into your Zopa Smart ISA, you can simply close it and open a new ISA with another provider. To close your Zopa Smart ISA, head to your Smart Savings Hub in the Zopa app and select Manage, Account information, Smart ISA details, Close my Smart ISA and then follow the instructions on your screen
