How do I view and change my Biscuit current account benefit?

Go to 'Spend' in the Zopa app, scroll down and tap 'Benefits'. From there, you can see the benefit you've chosen and change it at any time by tapping 'Switch my benefits'.

If you choose to change your benefit, your new benefit will take effect the following month.

Once you’ve changed it, there’s a 24-hour lock period when you won’t be able to change it again.

Any interest or cashback you’ve already earned from your previous benefit will still be paid to you.

Switching to the new Benefits

Switching to the new Benefits is permanent. Once you tap 'Switch my benefits' in the app, you won't be able to go back to your previous benefits as they have now been discontinued (e.g. Regular Saver, 2% on your bank balance, 2% cashback on bills). If you already have a Regular Saver, you will be able to carry on paying into it until the end of your term.

Your switch to the new Benefits won't happen straight away — it will happen on the monthly anniversary of the day you opened your Biscuit bank account.

Even if the status shows as pending in the app, you can't change your mind once you've chosen to switch to the new Benefits.
