How the offer works
Once your application is approved:
We’ll charge Pay by Bank transactions at your agreed rate
At the end of the month, we’ll reimburse the eligible processing fees
We’ll do the same for the entirety of the following month
To claim your reimbursement, simply contact our team at the end of each eligible month.

Fee conditions
*Zopa will charge all transactions at the agreed upon rate. For the month in which the application is approved and the entire first month after, Zopa will reimburse these fees. Contact us to request this.

Zopa fees for Payment Methods listed above are only applicable to Sales & Refund Transactions
All payment methods are subject to Zopa and/or Payment Method Provider Approval
Zopa reserves the right to change the fee conditions and will inform you of any such changes in advance
Zopa fees are exclusive of VAT
Any fees charged by the Merchant bank account provider are the Merchant's responsibility and not related to any Zopa Programme/product
