Is it possible to withdraw money from the queue?

The P2P investment side of Zopa is closed. Through the purchase of the peer-to-peer portfolio, all investors have now received their funds back. You can find more information on the closure in the ‘Changes to P2P investments’ section of our FAQs.

Yes, you certainly can. It’s all managed from your investor dashboard in four simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and open your investment
  2. Once in, scroll down to the 'Investment breakdown' -- or 'Invested in' section if you're on mobile' -- and hit the ‘manage’ button on the investment you want to update
  3. On the manage page, scroll down to the 'being matched' section. If you have any money waiting to be matched, you can move this to your holding account without paying any fees by pressing the 'stop funds being matched' button, and then hitting ‘continue’
  4. The money from the queue will then be directed to your holding account and is available to withdraw
