What if I’m unhappy with the decision to move my funds to AJ Bell?

Up until 22nd February 2023, you can choose to withdraw your money from Zopa or transfer your funds to another provider (you'll need to initiate the transfer request by 14th February).

But if you’re not happy with the options available to you, you can raise a complaint with us at any time. Here’s how to do that.
